As the Head of Customer Excellence, you will lead the teams that manage our contact centers, technical escalations, warranty and after sales service, and quality at Promethean. You are a leader that loves customers, that is data driven, and thrives bringing the customer experience to new heights. You will drive strategic direction to ensure that are customers are delighted with Promethean; from delivery to unboxing to calling support.
You are someone who can relentlessly improve the customer experience and introduce lasting change within Promethean. You're a leader will drive a best-in-class customer excellence globally across all of Promethean's products. You will own and develop all key customer metrics including net promoter score, customer satisfaction, and in-field failures. You will extract common themes that customers experience with our products and influence sustainable changes to improve the Promethean experience. You will build and lead a customer-centric organization.
