Compliance Program Manager (Finance)
This role will lead discovery and make recommendations to senior leaders related to complimentary compliance program direction for the organization. Under minimal supervision, perform complex research and analysis related to compliance with internal policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Consult on the development, maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures related to compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and frameworks. Identify and solve complex issues, facilitate discussions with leadership on compliance strategies, and provide testing and follow-up as needed. Leverage broad knowledge of business functions across the organization and external factors and best practices to analyze potential compliance issues and act as an advisor to supported business areas for compliance related matters. Apply prudent judgement and decision-making abilities that result in the development of innovative approaches to problem solving. May provide supervision of compliance staff as program evolves. Work closely with enterprise risk management, legal, internal audit and finance functions.
Principal Accountabilities
All employees assigned to this position will be subject to FBI fingerprint/ criminal background and Patriot Act/ Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) watch list checks at least once every five years.
