Digital Integration Customer Account Manager (Finance)
What You Will Do: The Digital Integration Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for identifying and maximizing opportunities with customers. The CAM develops and successfully sells customer business plans and promotional plans that align with and support the customer's and the Coca-Cola Beverages Florida system's business objectives and strategies. Our goal is to maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexities of the channel or customer's business and by building enduring relationships penetrating multiple levels within the customer's organization. Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and collaborate with key stakeholders on myCoke Marketing Calendar • Lead post analysis and meeting review session of key myCoke digital marketing initiatives • Collaborate with Digital Marketing COM, Customer Care Center Manager, and Rapid Refreshments on key business objectives • Lead Coke Florida Customer Service Tickets (CST) Review Meeting and initiatives to improve User Experience • Create myCoke Training Aids, manage Digital Team Space, and assist Capabilities team with Field training opportunities • Assist Business Development Managers, Sales Account Managers and Field Leaders with needs or issues related to myCoke.com • Support Digital Integration Director with development of myCoke CMA • Assist with Customers with myCoke Migration tools, evolution of Digital Onboarding and presentations to customers • Attend all myCoke routines and fill role as proxy • Analyze Power BI Reporting, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other data reporting sources to create scorecards and selling opportunities • Conduct Bottler collaboration sessions related to myCoke enhancement opportunities • Lead end to end process for NOVA Retail Link • Accountable for leading PO confirmation process for largest eCommerce customer • Assist Digital Integration Director with projects and customer support needs for key O2O customers • Collaborate and support Digital Integration Director with IEI Indicator testing and marketing program initiatives with key customers
For this role, you will need: • Prior experience with Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Account Management • Prior Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with retailer • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • At least 5 years of experience in the consumer goods industry • This role involves driving your own vehicle to customer accounts (mileage reimbursed) • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines • Must have current vehicle liability insurance • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years* • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours • Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data • Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers
