Global SAP Material Master Manager

Dura-Line is growing fast, and we are currently hiring a talented and driven Global SAP Material Master Manager to join Dura-Line and lead regional SAP Material Master Data Analyst & Specialist, manage SAP process improvement & business excellence initiatives, and the global SAP material master harmonization across all regions.

In this exciting NEW role, you will need to bring your subject matter expertise in leading projects and activities for SAP implementation globally, deliver SAP Training & standardize ERP resources and training modules. We need a proven leader with recent hands on experience with new material master creation to collaborate with commercial teams on new product sales orders; this include supervision of SAP updates with new Bill of Materials (BOM) and monitoring development of bills of materials for all work in process and finished goods.

 

You must have a strong foundational knowledge of leading global SAP material master harmonization across all regions to create a centralized standard procedures, policies, and guidelines. We are looking for someone who can lead the automation initiative for process capability updates coordinating IT support and have detailed knowledge and experience in SAP Material Master Data management, Maintenance Monitoring, & Quality Management for the life of the product.

You will have the capability to influence various functions on SAP material master creation for new product introductions and enhancements and perform regular updates to capability matrix.

What else do you need to succeed in this role?

• Hands-on experience leading teams and ERP / SAP project implementation project management with cross-functional leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Process leadership of SAP new material master creation activities. Must be able to work with global cross-functional teams, and Manage SAP Master Data control to ensure consistent integrity regionally
• Must be able to know Process Improvement Initiatives and Capability Matrix Update Coordination
