Manager / Director, Transfer Pricing (Finance)
What will you be doing?
As a member of the Transfer Pricing team, you will be a strategic team member for the delivery of transfer pricing services. You will prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes using Microsoft Word, Excel, CapIQ, and various statistical sampling packages. You will develop transfer pricing models to analyze intercompany transactions and provide support in negotiating APA with tax authorities. You will also develop and maintain client relationships as well as supervise and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Transfer Pricing experience with advisory related projects
- Bachelor's degree is required, with preferred majors in economics, finance, statistics or mathematics. A Graduate degree in economics or finance, a law degree, or a CPA is desirable. Degrees in other disciplines will be considered if the candidate can demonstrate strong analytical skills through coursework in quantitative disciplines or through past work experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, research, and organizational skills are critical
- A strong sense of personal motivation and integrity, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment are also key.
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, plan evaluation and/or operational performance analysis.
- Knowledge of the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and thorough understanding of the U.S. Transfer Pricing Regulations and international transfer pricing environment is a plus.
