Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer (Architecture)
Cornell Pump Company is seeking someone who knows how to program CNC machines, improve processes, and reduce waste.
We're looking for someone who wants to work as a proactive team member, not as an individual contributor, and who is willing to do whatever is necessary to take care of our customers.
For the first year, you will be employed as a Machinist running equipment in all of the major workcells in the Machine Shop.
Having gained experience in the various processes, you will then transfer into your role as Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer. This will involve programming/reprogramming of CNC machines for new product manufacture, and to improve machining processes to reduce cycle times, improve yields, etc.
You will also be redesigning cell layouts, and process flows to reduce lead times throughout the Machine shop.
