Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence & Analytics (Finance)
Marketing Analytics: Leads the development and execution of fact-based reporting, analysis and analytical models used to enhance decision-making across the marketing function.
Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the offshore Business Operations Team, supporting marketing initiatives.
Budget: Supports the end-to-end budget management and procure-to-pay operations of Tanium's global marketing team
Process: Responsible for managing an end-to-end process (or sub-process) across the b-to-b organization
What You'll Do:
Marketing Analytics: He or she supports the organization with insights and predictive models used to produce improved results. He or she leads a team of analysts to support analytical and reporting work that spans the functional areas of marketing.
Business Operations: He or she is accountable for the alignment and operational efficiency, providing regional sales account support across the marketing, SDR and sales teams.
Budget: Ensure the timely and accurate tracking of budget investments for a world-class and rapidly growing team. The role will work directly with marketing business users and leaders in managing programmatic spend. The ideal candidate is experienced in deep cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal business partners. This person is obsessively detail-oriented and organized, especially when it comes to numbers, budget hygiene, and processes.
Process: The process owner is responsible for the design and management of a process but not necessarily all the resources that execute the process. Therefore, the role focuses on designing and driving performance of the process, rather than a traditional management role of supervising people.
