Overview: The Meat Packer will be responsible for packing and preparing various cuts of meat for distribution for Baldors Protein division. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: Inspect and pack various cuts of meat according to customer orders. Ensure all meat is properly labeled and packaged for distribution. Operate machinery and equipment to prepare meat for packaging. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Properly weighing, labeling and naming each package of meat as instructed Learn the names and packaging required for cuts of meat Work as a team member and learn the skills to work at all areas in the meat packing area. Adhere to company Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP).
