Learning Environment Coordinator (Finance)
Additional responsibilities include execution of event and meeting planning. This individual will oversee and manage the day to day operations of the office. Candidate must be highly motivated, willing to learn new skills, and be detail oriented. Bachelor's degree in a science, research or health-related field preferred. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Website knowledge applications such as Drupel preferred. Ability to work independently, to prioritize assignments, and excellent communication and management skills essential. The incumbent must be able to operate in a professional manner and demonstrate the ability to handle tasks with a high level of confidentiality. Familiarity with University environment is preferred, but not required.
Bachelor's degree in a science, research or health-related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement. Demonstrable experience with project management. Skilled in use of word processing, database and spreadsheet software. Must be able to understand and learn software packages as required to meet the needs of the Office of the Learning Environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
