The Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO) is hiring for a Division Management Advisor.
Summary:
The Division Management Advisor will provide managerial support and high level coordination of activities with other divisions/departments to support a top level officer in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. With a broad spectrum of responsibilities and visibility into all facets of National IT and the Federal Reserve System, this position has access to and regularly works with sensitive and highly confidential information. Assignments are varied and require a high level of evaluation, ingenuity, and critical thinking. Provides project management, research and industry intelligence on key initiatives, as well as makes recommendations on complex issues. Performs a broad range of managerial activities related to employees, leaders, other stakeholders and strategic initiatives. Leads the research, analysis and evaluation of complex issues and special projects in order to assist in the implementation of programs developed and initiated by the officer. Delivering innovative and effective solutions, this position will explore strategies to address National IT and system impacts in order to brief officer on strategies and alternatives.
