Medication Technician (Med Tech) (Finance)
Heritage Ministries at The Kenney is in growth mode and currently seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team! The Medication Technician (Med Tech) is responsible for assisting in the care of residents by performing activities of daily living, recreational, dietary, and housekeeping services, all aimed at promoting hope, dignity, and purposeful living for the residents. Responsibilities:
Assists residents with personal care needs
Assists as directed in proper admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, inventory of resident possessions, and report any defective equipment to administration and/or maintenance. Assists residents with dispensing medications with proper documentation using the DOT system.
You will work daily with our teams to carry out ADL services to our residents with their service plan, including providing medication management services personal care, and maintaining communicating with medical professionals and our families. As a detail oriented individual, you will also work within the team to assist in maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED/TASC equivalent preferred. Must be certified as a Med Tech Ability to occasionally lift over 60 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, and engage in repetitive motion for extended periods of time. Ability to interact appropriately and professionally with staff, residents, visitors, vendors, volunteers and the public in person and via the telephone.
