Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently looking for a Tooling Coordinator on 1st Shift to join our Rancho Cucamonga team! They will be reporting to our Shipping Supervisor at our aerospace foundry in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Ensure that all customer-owned tooling is identified, maintained and controlled to meet customer's contract and Standard Operating procedure.
Coordinate all in-coming tooling activities
Perform visual inspection of tooling and report findings
Assign tool storage locations
Log tooling information in electronic system
Prepare tooling and assist customer during on-site inspections/audits
Retrieval of tooling for all customer return requests
Perform annual assessments of storage locations
Responsible for the release and storage of tooling as required to fulfill production demands
Plan the day-to-day operations of tooling control
Ability to operate forklift equipment and other manual tools
Ability to follow instructions in written, oral or diagram form
Interpret, follow and complete customer's tooling inventory documents
Interpret customer-specific tooling requirements
Knowledge of receiving inspection and quality system requirements
Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools required
Tool Calibration experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience: Experience inventory control desired - but not required.
Certifications/Licenses:
Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidate must be able to speak and write fluent English.
Hourly Rate: $17 - $19
