Warehouse Lead (Finance)
Unload inbound shipments and move product within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas
Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment
Pull and prepare product for shipment or production ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
Report quality variances to supervisor or materials manager.
Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
Assist in physical inventories
Ensure proper stock rotation
Follow all company policies including but not limited to safety practices and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
This position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence. The associate in this job has the responsibility to report, in a timely manner, Food Safety and Quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problems.
Conduct training
Enter data into various systems.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Assist supervisor in decision making that has a direct impact on the efficiency on the production line/warehouse.
Support Forklift drivers to ensure they have the proper tools needed.
Assist production leads with Material and warehouse shipping and receiving area
Document line operation, performance and down time through-out the shift.
Relieve all operators for Lunch and Breaks when needed.
Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.
Perform any other duties as instructed by management.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills (indicate intensity & duration)
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
Ability to use automated inventory control equipment as required
Have appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly use various equipment and/or tools
Ability to manually load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds
Ability to mount and dismount forklift through the duration of the shift which requires bending, stretching, stepping, reaching, climbing, and stooping
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
Ability to operate various office equipment

12 months warehousing and inventory experience
Warehouse Lead Experience
