JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for management of personnel and resources to provide contract development and maintenance support through subject matter expertise, direction of assigned personnel, and technical assistance. Establish strategic programs to support development of key performance indicators and market data. Provide critical and essential technical and operational direction to SourceAmerica National Office/Regional Offices, Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) and Federal procurement agencies in supporting and evaluating existing service contract requirements, optimizing operational processes, developing labor estimates, problem solving, training, technical assistance with AbilityOne service contracts. Direct LOB SMEs staff in identification, suitability, capture, development, transition, start up and addition to the PL of new opportunities and projects along with additional services to existing projects- reports to Vice President, Partnerships and Business Support
