About the Opportunity:
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of best-in-class integrated media plans across paid, earned, owned, and shared connection points. The Manager will do this by understanding and utilizing marketing mix learning, consumer insights, communication strategy and thinking, data driven analysis (involving use of media math skills), and industry and marketplace knowledge.
This role will be responsible for managing ad agencies, in addition to running paid media campaigns in-house, to drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, leads, and conversions. They will drive the media strategy and tactical planning for B2B and B2C marketing campaigns alongside the brand and sales teams to derive and achieve attributable goals, while ensuring a connected guest experience across touchpoints.
This position may support any of the product teams, including City Experiences, City Cruises, Concessions & Tourism, Ferry & Transportation, Overnight, and new acquisitions. The right person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
