Accounts Payable Associate (Administrative)
Job Purpose

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, listed but not limited, below:
Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to work in a high-volume environment, cutting 100-125 checks/week
1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting preferred
MIP experience a plus
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skill operation of adding machine and calculator
Regular attendance, dependability, and punctuality in conformance with the standards are essential to the successful performance of this position

Occasionally required to kneel, climb, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level, lift up to 30 pounds. To bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below. Always required to wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which may include gloves, goggles, aprons, belts, etc.
Skills:
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive telephone, face-to-face inquiries, and contracts with the public and vendors
Must be extremely accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized
Be proactive, take initiative, and work effectively in teams as well as independently
Ability to multi-task
Great customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Rate $18-$20 DOE
This position is part-time
