Working with Program, Project and Product Managers, the Project Specialist 3 supports the product development process through the execution of specific activities and general administrative responsibilities related to the Project Management Organization. As a member of a project team, the Project Specialist 3 will assist in the generation the required documentation to support the Design History File (DHF), project deliverables and other business processes required for effective product development.

Work with program and project managers to coordinate specific and detailed activities related to one or more projects. Manage the required documentation to support the project. Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, oversight of dashboards and other project materials.
