Reporting directly into the Sr. Director of HR Technology & Operations, the Human Resources Program Manager will have primary responsibility for managing and coordinating the overall operations and deliverables of the HR function. Specifically, this role will focus on ensuring HR programs, projects and processes are effectively delivered against pre-defined deadlines and quality standards. Furthermore, this role will focus on the proper timing and sequencing of initiatives to ensure programs and projects are effectively coordinated and delivered to the organization in a seamless, coherent manner. The HR Program Manager will also serve as the central point of HR presentation and report development to support standard business meetings and requirements. This role will serve as a key partner both internally to the HR function as well as to several business partners across the organization and must possess and demonstrate strong skills in delivering results, planning and organizing, project and process execution, reporting and overall partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the project management, coordination and reporting of all HR programs, processes and deliverables.
  • Ensures all HR programs and process are delivered on time in accordance with defined project milestones, quality standards and deadlines.
  • Ensures HR programs and processes are well coordinated and delivered to the organization in a streamlined manner.
  • Effectively tracks, measures and reports project status and appropriately takes action to ensure projects are on track.
  • Delivers centralized reporting on all HR activities to support weekly, monthly and annual business meetings and requirements (e.g., Annual Operating Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.).
  • Develops high-quality presentations and reports to support the communication of HR deliverables and results (e.g., Annual Operations Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.).
  • Manages the overarching calendar of HR activity including the dissemination of project updates and required actions to the organization.
  • Serves as the point of escalation for projects including support needs, delays, etc. to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Serves as a key partner to the HR team as well as the broader organization; considered the steward of all HR program and project activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of professional project management or operations experience; HR environment a plus
  • Strong project management skills; the ability to manage projects, partner across teams, and drive execution to the achievement of the desired results
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a professional environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in building strong, high-quality reports and presentations
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in busy, fast-paced environment
