Director, Corporate Development (Finance)
Position Summary:
The Director, Corporate Development is responsible for the overall business development function for Illumina on a global basis with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, new business creation, and equity investments. This position oversees the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and licensing agreements or evaluation/management of investments in company ventures or entrepreneurial opportunities. May also be responsible for developing long-range strategic plans for the company.
This position is within the Corporate and Business Development (CBD) team within Illumina which owns the analysis and execution of strategic partnerships, M&A, and certain commercial initiatives.
