Pricing Systems Analyst (Finance)

We are looking for an motivated Pricing Systems Analyst to join our Pricing team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will bring to bear automation, ensure compliance, and support global quoting and rebate processes across complex partner business models. This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ and make a lasting impact on our world-class team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with global partner account managers to identify pricing and quoting process gaps, recommending automation opportunities, and ensuring strict alignment with policies and procedures.
  • Leading global training sessions on quoting processes and rebate programs to ensure consistency and compliance across regions.
  • Serving as a pricing subject matter expert and collaborating with Sales Operations to implement system improvements in Salesforce.
  • Instituting and maintaining system compliance controls to adhere to new and existing pricing programs and policies.
  • Completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business teams to validate business requirements and policy adherence before deployment.
  • Crafting and maintaining business process documentation, training materials, and business requirement documentation based on feedback from key collaborators.
  • Conducting root cause data analysis to identify quoting errors, process improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Resolving system and process issues reported by global account managers and sales teams, and providing daily support to users.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years' experience in pricing strategy and quote-to-cash systems within high-tech industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Strong track record of implementing process improvements and automating manual workflows.
  • Ability to analyze both business and technical requirements to craft effective solutions for complex pricing challenges.
  • Proactive, diligent, and passionate about enhancing the sales user experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a focus on compliance.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Experience as a pricing or quoting SME in global programs.
  • Demonstrated success in system improvements and compliance controls.
  • Proven ability to lead training sessions and drive adoption across global teams.
  • Familiarity with partner programs and complex pricing models in a hardware/software environment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD.
