Customer Success Manager-Aruba (Project Management)
The Customer Success Manager role is based in Santa Clara, CA.
The core function of this job requires you to interact with our customers daily via phone and email to help understand customers issues and walk them through on how to use our cloud networking solution.
To be successful you'll need to be great at troubleshooting technical issues, able to learn the software independently (following an in depth, hands on training program) and have a passion for clients and technology.
