Store Manager (Project Management)
The Store Manager oversees all sales and daily operations of the store, while managing a team of full time and part time hourly associates. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall financial performance of the store, including achieving planned sales, margin, and cost recovery goals. Additionally, the store manager is accountable for customer satisfaction, associate morale, and inventory management.
