Junior IT Business Analyst (Education)
Arhaus is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to support the applications team. The position requires an understanding of the retail business model. This individual will work with business partners, developers, and subject matter experts to troubleshoot issues and support project implementation. This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Acts as a liaison between the IT department and the business partners
- Work with business partners to gather and document business requirements
- Work with application development staff to coordinate the creation and management of new functionality
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure proper testing and that test plans are aligned with project requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' work experience in retail, supply chain and/or project management
- Problem Solving
- Self-starter
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication - communicates effectively and at the right level based on the audience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Desired experience in any of the following – Precisely (EnterWorks/Winshuttle) Product Information System, Salesforce, Freshservice, EDI, ERP (Storis preferred).
