Job Description
US CI Key Account Managers (Security Sales) is assigned a geographic territory focusing on End Customers, Security VARs/Integrators and Contractors and are responsible for growing the Security business in this territorial Customer base. Each US CI KAM will work with their manager to select a short list of Key Accounts in the territory (5-7 typically), then establish and execute strategic growth plans for each. The US CI KAM builds, expands, and maintains a network of relationships at all levels of each organization and coordinates the involvement of all Teledyne Flir personnel and partners within the account. Leverages account presence to up-sell / cross-sell, provides market intelligence, and works to educate, collaborate, and persuade customers to engage in deeper, sustainable relationships across multiple business imperatives. To advance the company's strategic imperatives, the KAM will manage a broad portfolio of hardware and software offerings supported by a solution selling mindset. US CI KAM will also collaborate with Marketing, Sales Support, Pre-sales Application Engineering, and Channel Partner Management teams to actively prospect for new opportunities and grow the CI Security base business in the entire territory.
