Manager of Integration Services (Construction)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Data Integration Services to join our dynamic team. As the Manager of Data Integration Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of our data integration processes and infrastructure. You will lead a team of integration specialists or engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient data exchange between systems and applications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide technical leadership to a team of integration specialists or engineers.
  • Define and implement data integration strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the seamless flow of data across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and align them with business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the design and development of integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations to support business processes and data synchronization.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across integration solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and select integration tools, platforms, and technologies that best meet the organization's integration needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or partners to assess their integration capabilities and ensure successful integration with the organization's systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the integration team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration solutions, identifying and resolving issues to minimize system downtime and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data integration services, evaluating their potential benefits and recommending appropriate adoption.
  • Prepare and present reports, metrics, and updates on integration initiatives and projects to senior management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing data integration services or a similar technical leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, architectures, and technologies, such as ETL, API, message queues, and data integration patterns.
  • Experience with integration platforms and tools, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica, and familiarity with related concepts, such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and data synchronization techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, snowflake partners) and scripting languages for automation and data manipulation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the aptitude for fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and their implications on integration practices.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends, staying updated with the latest developments in data integration services.
