Manage extra contractual/bad
faith and commercial litigation (including contract claims, bankruptcy-related
litigation, class actions, and other business disputes) involving the

skills; superior writing ability.

Juris Doctor degree from an
accredited United States law school.
Licensed to practice law in the United
Undergraduate degree from an
accredited United States or foreign university or college.
