Job Responsibilities
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. You will be expected to deliver business results through effective program/project planning, governance, change management, communications and training.
Job Duties
Establish requirements, costs, and schedule targets.
Plan project activities, assemble a cross-functional teams and other critical resources; and manage the project from start through implementation and close out. Take appropriate actions to measure progress and meet the schedule. Manage and drive project team to achieve objectives.
Manage Organizational change: Stakeholder analysis, communications, and planning training
Prepare and present project updates at executive reviews and escalate issues threatening the success of the project.
Analyze performance data. Summarize final results vs. objectives and take actions to close gaps. Recommend corrective actions
Summarize the project results and identify lessons learned to ensure effectiveness and efficiency gains are realized for future projects
Minimum Qualification
BS or BA in Technical or Business field of study or equivalent experience
7-10 years of experience running waterfall or scrum projects in increasing roles
Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in written form, well to all levels of the organization
Have a track record of measured successes in year-long projects
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio
Preferred Qualification
PMP or Scrum Master Certification
Experience with Confluence
