The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond has an immediate opening for a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing the delivery of high value continuous improvement and project management services, and of leading change effectively at all levels of an organization. As Senior Manager of Corporate Planning's Center for Continuous Improvement (CCI) and Project Management Office (PMO) teams, this role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of process improvement and project management services in meeting strategic business needs across the Bank. This role partners closely with business areas to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and champions efforts to drive continuous improvement thinking and behaviors deeper into the organization. The Senior Manager also partners with business lines to understand and meet demand for project management support on strategic high priority initiatives, overseeing the intake process and resource assignments for these services. In addition to being a strong communicator, influencer and people leader, a successful candidate for this role will demonstrate in-depth understanding of change management, continuous improvement, and program management models and techniques.
