Director, Contact Center Product Management (Government)

This role will work with new technologies in Contact Centers to saves lives!
You will lead a team to deliver a sophisticated & complex technology Contact Center & develop the future. The Director of Contact Center Product Management will develop a team will with outstanding strengths to deliver the Contact Center of the Future.
This team will build strategy around the products that transform customer experience and user experience.
There are three product delivery streams that this person will lead; Contact Center, Telecom Routing, Monitor and Alarm Signaling.

How you will do it
Work on a team to lead technical exploration, innovation, design, and development of new features & components
Drive technical discussions within the team including business & propose solutions and alternatives.
Work with Architects and other members of the team to ensure that solution fits with overall architecture.
Build strong business relationships to better understand requirements.
Work within the organization to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Make technology understandable to non-technology partners.
Grow the careers of your team members with setting goals, understanding their personal vision and getting them the mentors and stretch assignments to achieve that vision.
Set activity related goals for indirect reports.
Strengthen the team to be inclusive of everyone's outstanding strengths.
What we look for
Strong technology background in one of the major commercially available contact center solutions such as (Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, Genesys, Nice, Five9).
Bachelor's degree plus confirmed knowledge of experience or equivalent experience.
Experience with the Nice CXone platform is helpful, but not required.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate to a diverse audience.
Experience with financial modeling to support the development of future state cases.
Ability to establish relationships and empower resources who report to different managers.
Ability to align to multiple projects and workstreams and coordinate the priorities of each.
