The program supports re-engagement of skills – through fulfilling work assignments; training, coaching, and development; and a sense of community and networking that cohorts provide.
Our six-month, paid, Hybrid in Columbus, IN and benefitted returnship is an opportunity to use your specialist expertise, interests, and abilities on meaningful projects. Successful participants may be eligible for full-time employment opportunities upon completion of the program
Job summary
This position partners with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions; works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems.

Compensation for this role is $7,500/month (subject to applicable withholdings), plus benefits such as health and wellness while in the returnship program.
