Accounting MAR/Warranty Coordinator (Finance)
ACCOUNTING MAR / WARRANTY COORDINATOR: Responsibilities include managing the Manufacturer's Accounts Receivables (MAR)/Warranty (parts inventory returns & warranty claims) subledger for Pape' operating companies, and assuring all credits and refunds from vendors are processed in a timely manner. Will also be managing special projects as assigned.
Applicant must have very strong accounting skills, above average PC skills including Excel & Word, understanding of parts-procurement systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to create and maintain management reports related to assigned job functions. Experience with various business systems is beneficial. Must be self-motivated, customer service oriented, and organized. Prefer completion of an associate degree or 2-3 years of well-rounded accounting experience. Position may require occasional overnight travel.
