Summary
The Coordinator of Fiscal & Operations is responsible for supporting the implementation of the program's fiscal policies to include organizing, coordinating, record keeping, reporting and monitoring. The Coordinator is required to provide leadership and guidance in areas of fiscal procedures and accountability of financial resources, while complying with all applicable standards including Head Start standards and regulations and Save the Children-Head Start policies and procedures.
As a front line representative of Save the Children, the Coordinator is required to ensure the safety and security of children and families that this role comes in contact with, adhering to the agency's values of Accountability, Ambition, Collaboration, Creativity and Integrity.
