About This Role:
Excellent at people, business, and thought leadership, the Sales Manager leads a team of six to eight sales professionals to drive team success. The Sales Manager guides the team in creating and executing their strategic account plans, activity, and skills by ensuring each member meets their monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals. This role focuses on developing the team's strategy toward serving, retaining, and growing our existing midsize end user clients. This involves enabling team success through creating and maintaining a collaborative, winning team culture; continuously coaching team members; effectively managing business; and participating in key meetings with clients.
