WHO YOU ARE:
You demonstrate effective interpersonal skills (written & oral) to resolve internal and external customer issues proactively, tactfully, and effectively, often in stressful situations.
You are able to plan, develop, and complete tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
You have advanced knowledge of PC software installation and software user testing and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
You have a basic knowledge of electrical theory and the use of functional test equipment.
Experience:
Two years of technical instrumentation, application customer support with precision flow instrumentation is required.
Process control systems experience, or instrument field service/sales is strongly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
