ASR/Teller- Houston (Administrative)



We are seeking an Account Service Representative/Teller for the Fallbrook  Branch.

This role is one that uses resources effectively and efficiently through each member's interaction to meet the member's needs and to provide a greater value to the member. The individual is dedicated to delivering a positive member experience. In addition, this role is required to listen, answer questions, complete requests in a timely manner, resolve member issues, and provide accurate information by adhering to established policies and procedures. If the individual is unable to comply with the members' request, they are required to seek assistance from the Lead or Branch Manager.

Experience:

    Required

  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • 1 year of cash handling experience

  • Knowledge of credit union products and services

Education:

    Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

      • Works well as a member of a group

        Schedule:  Rotating schedule from 7:30AM - 2:30PM, 10:30AM - 5:30PM and 11:30AM - 6:30PM.

        Level of Work: 1B
