Patient Safety Observer - Temporary - 20% FTE - Evening/Night (Healthcare)
We are seeking a Patient Safety Observer (PSO) to:
Education:
Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old
Preferred – Successful completion of health care classes
Work Experience:
Preferred – Previous health care experience
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – CPR certification within 3 months of hire
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Work Schedule:
This is 20% FTE position, 4-12 hour shifts, Evening/Night between the hours of 6:00 pm - 7:30 am, Minimum hour requirements are 32 hours in a 4-week scheduling period, 16 of those hours on a designated weekend. Hours may vary depending the need of the department
