Quality Assurance Supervisor 330PM to 0230AM Mon to Thurs (Salaried) (Project Management)
Operates to the Crescent Way educating and promoting the 3P's: Purpose, Process and People
Ensure a smooth transition of information between all shifts and groups.
Ensure the QA group's shift to shift scheduled activities are executed in alignment with the Quality Policy Statement.
Champion production floor safety and GMP standards.
Identify, recognize and seek out People with "talent" to enable our future growth allowing Crescent's People the opportunity to meet their greatest potential.
In conjunction with the QA and CI Manager, monitor QA's performance, proactively addressing areas of conflict and underperformance and recognizing areas of teamwork and high performance. Communicate as required.
Actively participate in plant audits and customer visits.
Continually seek out CI opportunities and utilize the DMAIC principles to continually eliminate waste and deviations.
Utilize the non-conformance process to determine services issues / product material quality issues. Professionally communicate as required both internally and externally.
Be viewed as technically competent and current in all required training related to our certifications / specific customer audits / regulatory requirements.
Actively investigate best practices, through visiting our own sites, and trade shows.
Maintain and distribute accurate reports, analyzing reports for trends and investigate CAPA.
Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe and Doing Well and abide by all written and understood procedures and policies.
All other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the identification and training of an individual capable of successfully completing all stated Key Responsibilities as appropriate to maintain integrity of position for progression planning and coverage during times of absence.
