Program Management Advisor, GSP Vendor Relations - Evernorth - Remote (Finance)

The Program Management Advisor will support Global Service Partner (GSP) Governance and Enablement for the Contact Center. This role requires Partner and Contact Center management, the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams. The Program Management Advisor will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will require the flexibility to perform onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.

Primary Responsibilities

  • GSP Enablement and Governance Services:Support GSP (Global Service Partner Outsourcing) enablement and governance services for the contact center. Effective support ensures that GSP services are aligned with business strategy.
  • GSP Opportunity Discovery:Assist in identifying opportunities and presenting business cases/resolutions to the business. This responsibility supports the uncovering and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Vendor and Site Selection Support:Assist in global procurement, market analysis, and internal operational contracting strategy for vendor and site selection. Support in these areas ensures optimal resource utilization.
  • Trusted Advisory Support:Develop foundational business acumen and relationships, providing insights and guidance on GSP operations, contracts, and governance under the mentorship of senior team members.
  • Issue Management Support:Assist in managing and resolving issues related to GSP operations. Effective issue support ensures uninterrupted operations.
  • SOW Partnership Support:Support projects to determine simplification and standardization of Statements of Work (SOW). This drives value by streamlining processes.
  • Change Notices/Amendments Support:Assist in reducing the need for updates and standardizing change notices in SOWs. Support in this area enhances efficiency.
  • Consulting Support:Provide foundational consulting on key items such as geographical landscape, partner footprint, work-from-home terms, etc. Support in consulting drives value by optimizing contract terms.
  • SLA Governance Support:Assist in overseeing Service Level Agreement (SLA) governance, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met. Effective support ensures service quality.
  • Technology Governance Support:Support the implementation and oversight of technology governance related to GSP operations. Support in this area drives value by ensuring effective integration.
  • Invoice Reconciliation Support:Assist in developing a consistent process for invoice reconciliation, including penalties and ownership. Support in reconciliation ensures financial accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analytics Support:Provide foundational support in strategic reporting and analytics on geographical saturation, performance, and other key metrics. Data-driven insights support informed decision-making.
  • Program Support:Assist in managing programs from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. This role supports program delivery that aligns with strategic goals and enhances operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams and clients, to support program success. Effective collaboration helps build strong relationships and aligned objectives.
  • Risk Identification:Assist in identifying and assessing program risks to ensure successful delivery and minimize impact on business operations. Proactive risk identification helps maintain program integrity.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with program team members, providing support and fostering a collaborative work environment. Team collaboration enables overall program effectiveness.
  • Innovations Support:Assist in supporting and resetting expectations and intake processes for innovations in BPO operations. Support in innovation ensures GSP operations remain competitive.

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience with Global Service Partners and Contact Center management, concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrix environment with internal, as well as external business partners in addition to executives
  • Experience in procurement, contract and SLA optimization
  • Ability to review key performance data, create data-driven insights, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and develop forward-leaning outsourcing strategies
  • Adapts to changing demands and priorities seamlessly
  • Ability to consistently manage multiple priorities
  • Organizational Agility
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
  • Proficient using MS Office software- specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to accommodate required travel of ~20% - domestic and international

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 93,300 - 155,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
