CATCH Youth Development Professional (CFCSD) (Finance)
Implements curriculum in the After School program and provides a nurturing environment with structure and routine for the children.
Comply with all ODJFS state licensing, Step Up to Quality, and YMCA and school district standards for all programs.
Organizes staff and volunteer training opportunities.
Provides evidence-based strategies for relating with children.
Provides program content (mindfulness exercises, reading activities, puzzles, games, physical activity, nutrition lessons and recipes).
Attends Summit Education Initiative (SEI) Out of School Time meetings and/or trainings
Facilitates participation in the SEI evaluation process.
Assists staff in using data from SEI to better serve the children in our programs.
Participates in meetings with community partners, YMCA staff members, and school district staff.
Reports on program planning, delivery and evaluation.
Play an active role in family engagement events and other branch events as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
ODJFS: Must qualify under ODJFS stipulations to be a child care staff member, Career Pathways Level (CPL) 3 and/or School Age Endorsement Certification required
At least two years of experience working with children
Must maintain professionalism and have strong communication, organization and administrative skills
Must believe in YMCA's philosophy and mission and be willing to teach, model and implement character development values
Must be flexible and take initiative as well as maintain a positive and professional attitude
Must possess valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
Must complete required OCCRRA trainings
Must complete CATCH curriculum training
Four year degree in related field preferred
