Independence is looking for a passionate, data-driven, customer-centric Medicare expert to join our Government Markets division. This person will be responsible for creating a cohesive strategy to drive positive member outcomes, particularly focused on Stars/CAHPS (Consumer Assessement of Healthcare Providers and Systems)/Member Engagement, creating meaningful lifetime value for the member and demonstrable long-term value for the plan.
Partnering across the organization the Medicare Member Insights Manager will use data, insights and customer journeys to unlock the reasons to believe (RTBs) for our Medicare brand. Inspiring the organization to adopt customer-centric best practices and supporting key partners to deliver new capabilities that change how we engage.
The role will drive the development of a cohesive consumer segmentation approach and personas which will drive Medicare Product, Sales, Marketing Member Experience, and Stars/SDOH strategies. The right candidate will be able to collaborate and prioritize the highest value opportunities for executive leadership approval to move brand detractors to brand supports and brand supporters to brand advocates.
