Recruiter (Finance)
Education: Associates degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field strongly preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years of previous Recruiting experience.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Taleo/Oracle a plus.
Other Requirements: Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle HRIS; beverage industry; Human Resources policies, practices, laws and regulations (e.g. EEO, AAP, ADA, FMLA, OSHA). Skill in: internal and external customer service; training and coaching. Ability to: work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; prioritize; be detail oriented; meet deadlines in a pressured situation; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; listen; have empathy for other employees; adapt to change; problem solve; operate a computer, copier, printer, fax machine; read and write; maintain composure in stressful or difficult situations; create, develop and deliver presentations to other employees.
