Sales Effectiveness Trainer - CRM/Operations (Finance)

What's the role?

The Sales Effectiveness Trainer - CRM/Operations is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that equip sales representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate internal operational systems, including Salesforce.com (SFDC). This role ensures that sales teams can efficiently utilize tools and processes to drive productivity, data accuracy, and sales effectiveness.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for sales representatives on internal systems, primarily Salesforce.com and other sales operations tools (e.g., quoting tools, CRM, reporting dashboards, order management).

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and IT to understand system updates and ensure timely communication and training for the sales organization.

  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new sales hires focused on operational tools, workflows, and compliance procedures (CurioZ, Concur, Zeiss Focus App, etc.)

  • Create engaging and user-friendly training materials including job aids, video tutorials, FAQs, and step-by-step guides.

  • Facilitate live virtual or in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

  • Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and sales reps' proficiency with systems.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Salesforce.com usage, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Support change management initiatives related to new tool implementation or process changes.

  • Monitor adoption and usage metrics of Salesforce and other tools to identify ongoing training needs.

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales reps as needed.

Do you qualify?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or training — preferably within a CRM- or SaaS-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce.com (admin-level knowledge a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience with training development and delivery, including e-learning tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading both small and large groups.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear instructions for non-technical users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a passion for helping others succeed.

The annual pay range for this position is  $96,900  - $121,100.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
  

This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
