We work on a wide variety of project types, serving public and private clients in land development, transportation, and municipal projects. This includes architectural-led building projects for higher ed campuses, sports facilities, schools, medical campuses, and mixed-use housing. In addition, we work on parks, trails, master planning, and include stormwater management and a sustainability focus on everything we do. Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Civil + Survey marketing team based in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you'll plan and produce prime proposals, coordinate subconsultant qualifications, design promotional graphics and presentations, plan internal events, contribute to social media content, and support a variety of initiatives as they arise.

This is a full-time M-F hybrid position, with at least three days a week based in our beautiful downtown Portland office.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator role includes the following responsibilities:
  • Leading the development of prime proposals, including planning, copywriting, layout design, and final production
  • Coordinating subconsultant qualifications and information gathering
  • Creating promotional graphics and presentation materials
  • Maintaining and updating information in our Deltek Vantagepoint database
  • Supporting internal events and assisting with social media content creation
  • Contributing to a variety of short- and long-term marketing and administrative initiatives

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in AEC marketing
  • Proven experience leading proposal development
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) and Office365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience working with CRM databases and social media

Additional Information

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate for this Senior Marketing Coordinator position is $85,000 to $100,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. KPFF is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
