Web Content Manager (Finance)
Under direction of the Senior Director of Information Systems, the Web Content Manager will manage and coordinate web and digital projects for external and internal audiences. The position will manage internal and external websites ensuring optimization of copy and optimal user experience. This position improves and maintains existing website infrastructure, develops new sites and new pages as needed, builds internal intranet infrastructure and optimizes our sites for enrollment/sales growth. Desirable applicants will have experience with both WordPress (consumer facing) and SharePoint (extranet) and preferably, digital sales and marketing.
This position may work remotely from any place within the contiguous United States.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborates across departments to identify and understand new website and application development needs.
Plans, executes, and facilitates website and application development projects in accordance with specifications, budget, and timeline.
Develops and oversees implementation of websites and applications; coordinates site and application functionality with organization's content management system.
Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves site and application issues; recommends and implements preventive measures to avoid future problems.
Collaborates with security and compliance employees to ensure site security.
Maintains existing web ecosystem, YMCA of Greater Boston, Ultimate Fitness Community Virtual Studio, Y CAMP-ish, Staff Microsites, SharePoint Intranet, and additional sites as they are developed.
Provides on-call support to support service level agreements.
Maintains knowledge of emerging technology and best practices in website and application design and development.
Maintains and improves conversational help flows for improved member experience.
Assist with SEO and Analytics
Assist with digital sales and marketing optimization
Work with Ad words and web presence development.
Develops and maintains marketing data capture endeavors including lead capture and click funnels
Work in the Office 365 application suite including power automate and similar technologies (zapier. Etc) to provide application and data flow integration.
Integrates and coordinates with on contract digital agency (currently Ronin Advertising Group)
Performs other related duties as assigned.
