Sr. Marketing Manager (Marketing)

Are you the kind of marketer who dreams in customer journeys and wakes up with campaign ideas? Do you see opportunity where others see regulations, and turn compliance into competitive advantage? Can you build a brand that people don't just recognize, but genuinely connect with? If you're nodding and already thinking about how you'd elevate our cannabis brands, we need to talk.

PTCE is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Director who's ready to lead our marketing across an exciting portfolio: four Commencement Bay Cannabis retail locations, Prismatic Brands (our in-house processing powerhouse), and Medicine Creek Analytics. This isn't just about running campaigns - you'll be a key piece to our growth, the creative mind refining our brand story, and the leader building a team that makes magic happen.

About the Role
Think of yourself as part marketing strategist, part brand storyteller, part team builder, and part industry pioneer. You'll be developing comprehensive marketing strategies that don't just move the needle - they redefine what's possible in cannabis marketing. From digital campaigns that convert to traditional marketing that breaks through, from brand positioning that resonates to product launches that excite, you'll be orchestrating it all.

Here's the exciting part: you'll also be building and leading a tight-knit team of 2-3 marketing pros (full-time employees and contractors) who share your passion for doing this work at the highest level. If you thrive on strategic thinking, love mentoring talent, and get energized by the unique challenges of cannabis marketing, this role will feel like home.

What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Craft integrated marketing strategies that align perfectly with our company goals while speaking directly to our target markets and customer segments

Multi-Channel Marketing Mastery:

Lead our digital marketing charge with SEO that gets found, social media that engages, email/SMS campaigns that convert, and website optimization that turns visitors into customers
Execute traditional marketing that actually works - print, outdoor advertising, events - reaching our diverse audiences and building real brand recognition
Seamlessly blend digital and traditional approaches for marketing that meets people where they are

Product Marketing & Launch Excellence:

Partner with our Prismatic Brands product development team to create launch strategies that make new products impossible to ignore
Develop product marketing campaigns that tell the story behind what we create and why people should care

Team Leadership & Development:

Build, mentor, and lead a small but mighty marketing team that punches above its weight
Create an environment where creativity thrives, data drives decisions, and everyone grows professionally
