Product Development Operations (Finance)
We are looking for a driven and collaborative Operations Analyst to grow and expand the capabilities of our Operations team. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Operations team through data analysis and generation, process documentation and infrastructure management.
This position will be a key member of the Bose Pro Operations team, reporting to the Product Development and Business Operations Manager, collaborating closely with teams across the business unit to drive the infrastructure of Bose Pro forward. A passion for being an active participant of a cross functional operations team is critical.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• The generation and analysis of operations and product development metrics including historical and forecasted project data
• Process development and documentation including training customers on new processes
• Operations and program management data repositories management
• Microsoft SharePoint site development, administration and maintenance
• Microsoft Project Online environment development, administration and maintenance
• Strategic facilities planning for the business unit including working with managers to understand hiring plans and working with corporate facilities functions
Skills:
• MS Office Applications including advanced working knowledge of Excel
• MS SharePoint and SharePoint Designer
• MS Visio
• MS InfoPath
• MS Project Desktop
• MS Project Online
• SAP
• Analysis for Office
Qualifications:
• BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management
• Customer orientation
• Proven organization
• Ability to multitask and easily switch contexts
• Results orientated, self-motivated, resilient and able to perform calmly under pressure
• A collaborative member of an organizational operations team developing and adapting culture, norms, and work processes within a highly dynamic and growing organization
• Communicates openly and operates with integrity and respect for others and able to work effectively at multiple levels of the organization and business
