Remote Sage Intacct Construction Lead (Biotech)
Providing high-value solutions to our Sage Intacct clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Possess a deep understanding of construction accounting principles and practices while staying abreast of industry trends.
Adhering to corporate goals, values, and strategy.
Assist Sage Intacct Practice Manager in identifying additional consultants with acumen to implement add-on construction modules.
PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the strategic vision for the Sage Intacct CRE practice at LBMC.
Provide a leadership example for LBMC's commitment to the Sage Intacct CRE vertical by identifying the modules that LBMC will seek to navigate and provide to our client's.
Ability to implement the Intacct Core, Project Accounting, and CRE modules.
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships within the Sage Intacct CRE community necessary to support the business, profitability, and team goals of the department and company while also ensuring that we remain a Sage Intacct Partner in good standing.
Work with the LBMC Sage Intacct Management team to ensure departmental best practices are adhered to and that the departmental goals are achieved.
Work with LBMC Sage Intacct Management team to recruit, hire, develop, and retain Implementation consultants.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales teams in the development of both tactical and strategic plans and campaigns to generate leads and opportunities to achieve the desired departmental annual revenue and growth objectives.
Assist the Sage Intacct Solution Consultants in demonstrating the capabilities of the Sage Intacct CRE software when requested to do so.

QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS
5-8 years' experience in construction accounting or related software. Software implementation experience desired; detailed understanding of all phases of an ERP software implementation; Experience providing pre-sales presentation support, planning and design around organizational, business, and technical requirements; A proven track record in working on a project team and working complex projects to success; Strong communication, organizational, time management skills, interpersonal and leadership skills; Ability to work with all levels of personnel and executives within an organization; Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting or Computer Science w/secondary emphasis on construction/business/accounting related curriculum desired.
CPA/CMA certification is advantageous.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in construction-specific accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Sage Timberline, Procore, Viewpoint)
Experience implementing software is preferred.
