Maintenance Supervisor (Personal Services)

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work:
Our Senior Communities program develops and operates affordable, supportive communities for older adults with a resolve to nurture a spirit of purpose, wellness, and harmony among both our residents and colleagues. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and maintains assigned facility(s) and may supervise as many as 4 maintenance staff. The incumbent must be able to work with minimum supervision. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in making independent decisions regarding maintenance projects and to request assistance for unusual situations; and to coach and delegate in order to keep operations running smoothly. The incumbent will interact daily with residents, visitors, vendors and staff; and occasionally with representatives of federal, state and local regulating agencies. In addition, the incumbent will be accountable for reviewing invoices for accuracy and for tracking compliance with required regulations and procedures.
