The Secretary/Receptionist is responsible for performing general administrative and clerical duties and ensures the efficient daily administrative operation in the Wealth Management Department. Greets customers in the reception area, coordinates incoming calls, provides clerical support at meetings, maintains reports, equipment, office supplies and acts as a backup for other administrative positions. Also responsible for providing quality customer service on a personal basis to customers in person, e-mail and by phone.
