PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide prompt, professional and courteous service to the entire restaurant.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Prior restaurant experience
Tray carrying skills
Excellent communications skills
Standing for long periods of time
Lifting and carrying 25+ lbs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proper water service

Table clearing

Crumbing of tables and chairs

Proper efficient resetting of tables

Replenishing side station throughout service including waters, silverware etc.

Assisting team as necessary under server's direction

Precisely executing opening and closing side work duties
